The person behind the work.
I've been turning wrenches since I was old enough to hold one. Started learning on beat-up project cars with my dad in a small two-car garage. Those early days taught me something important: people want honesty. They want someone who understands their vehicle and explains what's wrong, what it costs, and why it matters.
Fast forward twenty years. I've rebuilt engines, tuned performance machines, built custom trucks, and fixed everything in between. I've seen shortcuts that looked good until they didn't. I've seen cheap parts cost people big money down the road. That's not how I work.
I don't outsource the hard work. I've got the equipment, knowledge, and experience to handle everything from oil changes to engine builds.
That's accountability.
Instead of handing you a bill and a mystery, I show you the problem. Photos, videos, explanations — you know exactly what's happening with your vehicle.
No surprises.
I don't talk in acronyms or technical jargon. If you ask me something, you get a straight answer. No BS.
Serious work. Straight answers.
I'll tell you if your vehicle doesn't need work. I'd rather lose a job than oversell you something you don't need.
I don't rush jobs. It takes as long as it takes to do it right. Your vehicle's reliability is my reputation.
Every repair is done right the first time. My reputation is on the line with every vehicle I touch.
You get a written estimate before any work happens. If something changes, I call you first.
Your vehicle deserves someone who actually cares about the work.
